WILLS PROJECT
The Lands Department is working with legal direction to generate official Last Will and Testament documents for a small group of members each year. The project supports LNIB Members with gathering documents and making updates to complete registered wills, power of attorneys and representation agreements. A new Wills Depository was recently setup at the Lands office allowing Members to store these important documents safely and securely with the Band.
