ENFORCEMENT LAW
A draft of the LNIB Enforcement Law was reviewed by the Lands Management Advisory Committee (LMAC), as well, the Lands Department hosted several community collaboration meetings before a public hearing was held. The LNIB Enforcement Law was ratified on September 19, 2023. Copies of the law and law summary are available to view in digital format below. Contact the Lands Office to request a printed version.
