TRESPASS LAW
A draft of the LNIB Trespass Law was reviewed by the Lands Management Advisory Committee (LMAC). During early 2024, the Lands Department hosted community collaboration meetings before a public hearing was held. The LNIB Trespass Law was ratified on April 2, 2024. A copy of the law and an overview are available to view in digital format below. Contact the Lands Office to request a printed version.
